  8. - Worked around the bug in some terminal programs which do not interpret
  9.   the ANSI Clear To End Of Line command.
  10. - RATSCfg --  Withdraw And Deposit Kbytes fields would only allow you to
  11.   enter up to four digits,  while the maximum configurable withrawal was
  12.   32000 (five digits) (Fixed)
  13. - If a user had time auto-deposited by an external utility or game,  and
  14.   the user did not exist in RATS, the first autodeposit was not recorded
  15.   in the BankBook file. (fixed)
  16. - Fixed some logic problems with KByte deposits.
  17. - Fixed problems with RATPAY and RATS regarding loan payments.

  21. RMU.EXE (Nightly Maintenance)
  22. - Optionally deduct users loan payments directly from their BBS account.

  25. - Added a Quick Logoff Command. This will deposit (keeping any limits in
  26.   mind) all available Time and KBytes, then log the user off.
  27. - The Main Display Screen is now fully configurable. YOU define the ANSI
  28.   and ASC screens, and use special control codes to tell  RATS  where to
  29.   put the numbers!
  30. - Added a  Statistics Report  for  Online Use.  This shows the number of
  31.   users in the Bank,  Users Today,  Total Deposits,  Total Loans,  and a
  32.   daily synopsis of Bank Transactions.
  33. - RATS  and RATPay  no longer require running from a batch file.  Simply
  34.   run the EXE with a full path and it knows where to find its files.
  35. - A Named CoSysop may now access the sysop menu within RATS.
  36. - Option for Sysop and CoSysop  to override the bank limits you normally
  37.   impose on your users. This will not override events.
  38. - Uses an Index File to speed up Username searches. This is used by RATS
  39.   and RATPay.

  43. - Added  QuickPick Lottery.  You configure the COST of tickets.  Tickets
  44.   can be bought with Time Or Bytes.  If the user buys a QuickPick ticket
  45.   with Time, then the prize will be time.  You also configure the  PRIZE
  46.   amount. To win the quickpick, the user picks a 3 digit number, and the
  47.   computer also picks a 3 digit number.
  48. - Added Daily Lottery. You configure the ticket price, and the winner is
  49.   picked when  RMU is run.  The winner wins  50% of ALL ticket costs for
  50.   that day.  If tickets cost 10 minutes,  and 100Kbytes, and 5 users buy
  51.   tickets with time,  and 5 with KBytes, then the winner will win 50% of
  52.   50 min and 500K, which is 25 Min and 250K.
  53. - Added Monthly Lottery, similar to the daily lottery.
  54. - Added Option to ROB the Bank.  You may configure the  COST  in Minutes
  55.   and or  KBytes that are withdrawn from the users account when he tries
  56.   to  ROB  the Bank.  You also  configure the  odds of success,  and the
  57.   amount the user receives if he/she is successful.
  58. - Added Option To ROB another User.  You configure the  COST  in Minutes
  59.   and or  KBytes that are withdrawn from the users account when he tries
  60.   to ROB another User.  You also configure the odds of  success.  If the
  61.   user is successful,  then s/he will take  50%  of the other users bank
  62.   balance, both time and bytes.   If he is NOT successful in robbing the
  63.   other user,  the other user will have the  COST  added to his  account
  64.   This way,  you don't always get robbed and lose,  now you can actually
  65.   benefit from people trying to rob you.  The Users may  disable this if
  66.   they do not wish to participate. If a user elects to be excluded, then
  67.   that user may NOT rob any other users,  and no other users may rob him
  68.   or her.

  70. RATSCFG.EXE
  71. - Almost completely rewrote  RatsCfg.  RATS  no longer needs a  seperate
  72.   configuration file for each node. As you add nodes,  you never need to
  73.   worry about RATS keeping up. RATS works with up to 99 nodes.
  74. - Added a much better user editor to RATScfg.
  75. - You may now define a password needed to run RATSCfg.
